Motor Vehicle Dealer Bond
$15,000 to $300,000
Tiered by dealer class and prior-year unit sales under Md. Code Transp. § 15-308. New vehicle dealers: $50,000 (1-500 units) up to $300,000 (over 2,500). Used vehicle dealers / large trailer dealers: $15,000 (1-250) up to $150,000 (over 2,500). Small trailer/semitrailer dealers (under 15 ft): $5,000.
